Authors, historians, guest speakers and visiting artists inspire creativity, curiosity and intellectual play. Art and antiques, architecture and garden design, grand pianos and dance bands, gallery talks and good books - the fine arts are fine pleasures at Sea Island.
Music & Dance
- Resident dance instructor Audrey Wood has taught Sea Island guests and members the fine points of ballroom dancing for over a decade and she makes it all seem so easy.
- End of day is traditionally marked at The Lodge by the lone bagpiper saluting the sunset with soul-stirring refrains across the fairway.
